We don't treat sustainability as a bolt-on. It's in the design from the start — orientation, envelope, glazing, ventilation — the things that determine how a building actually performs, long after the rating certificate is filed. We run energy modeling in-house, which means we can test options early and make calls based on data, not guesswork. For projects chasing Homestar or similar frameworks, we have accredited professionals on the team. And for developers or consultants who need energy modeling as a standalone service, we do that too.
