Anthony is an integral member of the Voxell team, having embarked on his journey with us as a student in 2019. Over the years, swiftly evolving into an indispensable member of our architectural team.

His primary focus at Voxell, revolves around the delivery of concept and feasibility packages. His unique blend of design acumen and expertise in visualisation fuels his drive to craft innovative design solutions.

Anthony's portfolio at Voxell spans a diverse array of projects. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the realisation of two unique mixed-use developments. The first, a sprawling mixed-use residential development encompassing 6 hectares of previously under-utilised land. The second, Stellin Apartments project, a mid-scale mixed-use apartment building,both received his contributions towards comprehensive concept packages

Beyond the studio walls, Anthony's passion for an active lifestyle shines through. His deep-seated love for sports, with a particular affinity for basketball and rugby, keeps him engaged in athletic pursuits. When the workday draws to a close, you might find him unwinding with friends over a drink, engaging in spirited sports debates that mirror the passion he brings to his architectural work.

When he's not in the office, Anthony loves to stay active and engage in his favorite sports, especially basketball. You might find him unwinding with friends over a drink and engaging in spirited sports debates. He's also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys sailing when he can.

Caitlin grew up immersed in the construction world, which naturally sparked her interest in architecture from a young age. Paired with a lifelong love of creativity and photography, this foundation shaped her passion for designing thoughtful, sustainable spaces that improve how people live.

After completing her Master’s degree in Architecture at Victoria University of Wellington, she began her career at a small practice specialising in prefabricated modular homes, residential renovations, new builds, and small commercial projects. She later expanded her experience at a medium-sized firm, contributing to multi-residential developments, schools, aged-care facilities, commercial buildings, and a variety of residential projects. With experience across all project stages, she brings an organised, detail-focused and collaborative approach to every project.

Caitlin particularly enjoys residential architecture and working closely with clients to bring their visions to life through functional, beautiful, people-centred design. Sustainability remains a core driver in her work and continues to shape her design philosophy.

Outside of architecture, Caitlin enjoys tending to her plants, exploring New Zealand’s Great Walks, snowboarding (thanks to her South Island upbringing), relaxing at the beach, and working on renovations to her own home.

Jasper’s core focus within Voxell is bespoke residential homes. He places high importance on understanding his clients’ unique vision, and helping them formalize this into a tailored architectural outcome through strong collaboration. He understands that one size definitely doesn't fit all, and makes sure that the unique values of the site, client and brief are all intimately considered. 

From a young age, Jasper had a passion for art and drawing, which eventually led him down the path of architecture. For Jasper, the process of formalizing something as technical as the built form through an artistic lens is incredibly satisfying. After completing his master's degree at Victoria University of Wellington, he gained experience at S&T, a renowned NZ architecture practice, where he worked on design projects for the Christchurch rebuild. Jasper has also delivered other large-scale projects, including the Tonga Meteorological Centre in Tonga and the redevelopment of Hornby High School, as well as a property development project located in Lower Hutt.

Jasper’s top projects to date are the award winning renovation works at 66 Seaview, and the rural land development at 51 Seafield Road, in Napier. His role within both projects started from the outset with concept establishment, leading through to working drawings and Building Consent. The renovation works at Seaview also involved an extensive on-site presence due to the remedial nature of the works. This provided great experience, and while messy at times, was a great experience overall. 

Outside of work, Jasper can be found honing his skills on the basketball court, jamming to 90s Hip Hop, and exploring Wellington's craft beer scene. Jasper believes the most important aspect of designing is to simply implement flexibility. He places high importance on understanding the client’s vision and helping that to emerge through collaboration, rather than imposing his own aesthetic style upon them.

Jesse's passion for architecture began as a child, drawing buildings, building huts, and creating with Lego. A defining moment at age 8, observing a friend's new bach's frame, solidified their desire for this career. Transforming ideas into reality brings him immense satisfaction and a chance to positively impact the world.

Jesse's work journey spans various studios and projects in New Zealand and abroad. He started with supermarket and shopping center concepts, moved to apartments, bespoke houses, and renovations. Private practice in the U.S. led him to civic and luxury hospitality projects, utilizing parametric processes. He later explored co-housing and 'vernacular modernism,' striving to create housing the market lacks.

Jesse's core passion remains building better urban housing tied to New Zealand's culture and environment. He feels a profound responsibility to future generations and seeks a sustainable relationship with nature. Implementing innovative ideas on a larger scale is also exciting.

Beyond architecture, Jesse enjoys outdoor activities like biking and walking, he loves cooking, and finds solace in kite surfing. He's also a talent and passionate plywood furniture crafter! These pursuits nurture their creativity and keep him inspired in his architectural endeavors

Josh sees architecture as a balance of creativity and craft. He enjoys working at every scale of a project, from shaping the overall idea to refining the details that bring it to life. His approach is grounded in narrative and authenticity, with a focus on creating architecture that feels meaningful, clear, and well considered.

Having worked at Warren and Mahoney, Josh brings broad experience across a range of project types, including community, education, laboratory, office, and heritage work. He approaches projects with a calm, adaptable mindset, valuing practical problem-solving alongside strong design thinking.

Outside the studio, Josh is driven by making things with his hands. Whether sketching or working on DIY projects, he enjoys exploring ideas through physical making, a process that continues to inform how he thinks about architecture and design. This hands-on curiosity allows artistic expression to sit comfortably alongside practical resolution.

Josh values collaboration and strong working relationships and enjoys being part of a team. When he’s not working, he spends most of his time with his young kids or catching up with friends. He believes good architecture should support everyday life, enhancing how people live, work, and connect.

Lisa is Voxell's Marketing & HR Manager who experience includes founding and selling her own business, strategic marketing, digital and growth strategies to deliver strong year on year growth for companies across various industries. Based in Amsterdam for 3 years, she was a Digital and Brand project lead for the world’s largest LPG company operating across 23 countries including France, Spain, Poland and Brazil. In New Zealand she has worked for several large consumer facing brands on digital and brand strategies, campaigns, expos and events, new product development, sponsorship management and communications. Lisa was a keynote speaker at a FIFA Women's World Cup event in 2023 and led a business to win a Wellington Gold Business award in 2023 for Emerging Products. On the side you’ll find Lisa never far from jumping on a plane to Tokyo or Amsterdam the two cities she used to live in, at a festival or spending time with her boys, Timo and Archie.

Lisa always brings a fresh set of eyes and ideas to Voxell, she is highly customer focused and believes the key to Voxells future success is to continue being a customer led, data driven organization, helping bring customers visions to life with Voxell expertise. Steve is Voxell's Senior Architectural Technician who has a far reaching passion for high quality, high functionality and sustainable design. His experience prior to Voxell includes four years based in Vancouver, Canada where he worked on large-scale commercial and multi residential projects.

At Voxell, Steve brings his keen interest in sustainable, energy-efficient buildings and his expertise in BIM to efficiently coordinate projects both before and during construction. Steve has impeccable attention to detail and leads the technical design deliveries of all medium density residential projects here at VOXELL. He is a critical member of our team.

Steve is a registered Homestar Assessor - overseeing both the design and assessments of Homestar projects to ensure that they meet the required sustainability standards for our clients and their end users.

When he's not hard at work, Steve loves to carve up the slopes on his snowboard, go mountain biking, or hang out with friends while playing competitive board games and enjoying a few cheeky pints.

Steve believes that architecture is not just about creating beautiful buildings, but also about designing spaces that are sustainable and highly functional for their users. He believes that attention to detail is critical in achieving successful outcomes in architecture.

Tina’s lifelong curiosity for the way spaces can transform lives alongside how they respond to multifaceted sustainability challenges, drives her continued passion for architecture.  She grew up with a strong affinity to an eclectic range of disciplines, enjoying the various applications of critical thought. Her venture into architecture was a culmination of many of these interests and met her desire to be involved in the practical application of art and innovations. 

Through her career she has gained comprehensive experience across all project stages, and has built a strong research and reporting practice. After completing her Master’s degree in Architecture at Victoria University of Wellington / Te Herenga Waka, she began her career traversing a wide range of building typologies including commercial fitouts, community sports and aquatic centres, hospitality, and more. She later moved to a small firm, where for six years she focused on complex residential architecture, heritage and adaptive reuse, the kind of work where the brief shifts mid-build and the documentation has to keep up. 

That environment shaped how she works today, particularly informing the importance she places on building good relationships within project teams. 

Tina is deeply embedded in Wellington's architecture community, acting as the current chair of the New Zealand Institute of Architects' Wellington branch. In this role and over the near decade she has served on the committee, she has organised and collaborated on numerous industry events and advocacy work. As Chair she has presented to audiences at public events, board meetings, councils, awards nights, and in 2025 served as an observer on the Wellington City Council Urban Design Panel. Tina has also tutored across construction, design and theory at Victoria University of Wellington

Tina enjoys walking the Wellington skyline, reading and crafting. 

In recent years she has also committed her personal time to understanding local ecological histories and their regenerative potential, which is a passion she continues to grow. 

Zak's journey from studying architecture to leading Voxell has been shaped by diverse experiences that have fuelled his passion for positive change. His vision for Voxell is to establish it as a premier architectural brand in New Zealand, known for its high-quality service, creative talent, and strong capabilities. Zak understands that achieving this vision depends on a foundation of teamwork, market trust, innovation, and exceptional expertise.
